goAML reporting software for the UAE's reporting entities.
Schema-valid suspicious transaction reports for the FIU's goAML, validated against the schema and business rules before they leave your building, with an immutable record of every filing. The platform can be configured to support the report types the UAE adds for dealers in precious metals and stones and real estate agents.
Built for the Financial Intelligence Unit's goAML portal.
Federal Decree by Law No. (10) of 2025, Cabinet Resolution No. (134) of 2025 and the supervisors' circulars set the reporting duties. Each step maps to the part of the goAML platform that handles it.
File STRs and SARs without delay
Parties, accounts and narrative are compiled in one workspace, so the MLRO reviews a complete report the moment a suspicion is formed, rather than assembling one after the fact.
Report dealers' and real estate cash transactions of AED 55,000 or more
The platform can be configured to support DPMSR and REAR reports: threshold automation set at the AED 55,000 line detects qualifying transactions and assembles them for filing, so a report is not missed because the threshold was checked by eye.
File XML that the FIU's goAML portal accepts
CTR and STR XML is generated automatically and conforms to the FIU's current goAML XSD version. We maintain each deployment as schema versions change, so nobody hand-builds XML or keeps a macro alive against a moving schema.
Fix errors before the FIU sees them
Every report is validated against the live goAML XSD and business rules before submission, with errors deep-linked to the field, so a rejection does not start the FIU's clock running against you.
Keep records for at least five years and show the examiner
An immutable record of every report, amendment and filing — who filed what, and when — exportable for examinations.
This maps software capability to reporting duties; it is not legal advice. For registration and filing mechanics, see the UAE goAML reporting guide.

Frequently asked questions.
Does the software work with the FIU's goAML portal?
Yes. Each deployment is configured to the FIU's current goAML XSD, and we maintain it as schema versions change so your reports stay valid. Every file is validated against the schema and business rules before it is submitted.
What is the STR deadline in the UAE?
Immediately and without delay once there is a suspicion, or reasonable grounds to suspect, that a transaction or funds are linked to the crime, whatever the amount and including attempted transactions, through the FIU's electronic system (Article 18 of Federal Decree by Law No. 10 of 2025 and of Cabinet Resolution No. 134 of 2025).
What are DPMSR and REAR reports?
Two goAML report types for DNFBPs. Dealers in precious metals and stones record cash transactions of AED 55,000 or more as a Dealers in Precious Metals and Stones Report (DPMSR), and real estate brokers and agents file a Real Estate Activity Report (REAR) for freehold sales paid with AED 55,000 or more in cash, or with virtual assets, under Ministry of Economy circulars 08/AML/2021 and 05/2022. Creodata's goAML platform can be configured to support both report types.
Where do we log in to goAML in the UAE?
The goAML login runs through the UAE FIU's eServices portal at services.uaefiu.gov.ae, and DNFBPs register on goAML through the Ministry of Economy & Tourism. Creodata is not the FIU and does not run the portal: registration is your institution's own step, and our software prepares and validates the reports you submit there.
How long does deployment take?
Typically six to eight weeks from kickoff to your first live submission, depending on the number and complexity of the data sources we connect.
Where is our data hosted?
Every customer runs single-tenant in its own Azure tenancy, so your transaction and customer data is never co-mingled with another reporting entity's. Microsoft Azure has regions in the UAE (UAE North in Dubai and UAE Central in Abu Dhabi); ask us which region your deployment would use, or about on-premises deployment.
